With the process of evolution of technology, intentionally or unintentionally, humans have pretty much succeeded in making technology smarter than themselves.

The task which we might take hours to complete, technology successfully does it for us in just a few seconds and clicks of our hand. It has come to that extent that we rely extensively on it, whether it’s for our daily tasks, to learn new things or simply pass time.

But to be honest, who minds having a little assistance for such things? It saves time and energy which we can channelise into something more productive and worthwhile.

To help you with the same, I have carefully curated this list of websites which will definitely come to your rescue whether you’re running short on time, need a helping hand in figuring out something, learn and up skill yourself — and many more things. Keep reading and see it for yourself!

1. Resume Worded:
Probably the hardest part of developing a resume is generating creative, impressive bullet points. If you can’t find the right words to describe your past work experience, then you need this website. It solves the obstacle with its directory of “resume bullets” based on skill and industry and job positions.

2. PayScale:
This website helps you determine how much you’re worth, whether you want to know if you’re underpaid or just evaluating a job offer or two, through an interesting survey/quiz.

3. Actionable Books:
It is a really cool website that turns 2,500+ popular, non-fiction books into 15-minute quick summaries along with which it also provides podcasts and blog posts. If you want to read but don’t find the time to, then make this you are go-to. The best part about it? It’s absolutely FREE!

4. Shopify:
While Shopify is the platform to use to build eCommerce sites, it’s also a place to learn everything you want to know about building an online business with little to no resources. Not only does it feature meaty, actionable ebooks/guides, but it also has an “academy,” which provides free, self-paced lessons on growing a Shopify or eCommerce business.

5. Workflowy:
It is by far my favourite tool to make lists for absolutely anything and everything! Being an organizing freak, this website has always had my back. Also, the minimal UX is so visually appealing.

6. Pocket:
It’s a simple bookmarking web app that not only allows you to save good articles which you can read later but also offers a recommendation engine of really good content. This is my absolute favorite website on the list.

7. Speaking(dot)io:
Are you someone who is supposed to speak at an online/offline event but have never done so? Or someone who often gets invited to talk at these events but still feel anxious and have a hard time preparing for it? This free mini-course on public speaking is just for you!

8. Brain(dot)fm:
It is a freemium, very affordable focus tool. The website features music that will help you either focus, relax, or sleep — whatever your little heart desires. I have just started using the premium version and honestly, it really helps cleanse and sooth my mind.

9. Revue Discover:
This is hands down the best website I discovered recently. It has a large variety if newsletters from people from any and every field. A great source of learning and has persoally helped me a lot with my content — highly recommended.

10. Key values:
You know how you’re always supposed to ask interviewees questions at the end of job interviews? Well, you don’t have to worry about it anymore! This website helps you generate a list of relevant questions to ask, which will make you not only look smart, but will also help you decide if a job is the right fit for you.

11. Indie Hackers:
It’s a vibrant, up-and-coming community made specifically for entrepreneurs or people interested in starting their own [online] business. You can share links, ask questions, upvote answers, find meetups, etc.

12. Treehouse:
Treehouse as a way to constantly learn and upskill through premium courses. You can learn the most in-demand skills and can link to your profile on your resume, which will showcase all your digital skill badges and give you an edge over others.

These are my most recent discoveries and I use/have used most of them. They have actually made functioning throughout the day a lot easier and fun, so I highly recommend you to try these and
